Monthly Rentals in Útica

This is the best place to stay in Guaduas with family. We loved Bernarda and her daughter with a very lovely dog and such a friendly car, they were very kind to us, made us feel like home. The view of the mountain ranges was mesmerizing and there was ample space for kids to play in the garden. All the required amenities were present , even we plucked lot of lemons for lemonade and chillis for cooking. Just one tip for the people who are going to visit this place is that, since this place is surrounded by pristine and dense forest, it is recommended to carry mosquito repellent. It’s an excellent place to be in Guaduas. Most probably we will be back soon to meet Bernarda again.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. We like the privacy of the house and the tranquility of the area, it is in the village, so it is easy to find what you need. The weather is quite hot, it's useful to have sunscreen and bug repellent. Thanks to Lina and Patricia for being attentive

A great place, great communication and everything worked perfectly. In addition, the accommodation service is excellent. The only recommendation is that the house needs a little maintenance, however, everything is very good.
