Our house has been built from the ground up and has been designed with high end details not typically seen in this area, I'm sure you will have a great time with your family and friends. I am pleased to share our house that just got completed in September and I'm sure you will enjoy it. Our house is across the street from the beach, not beachfront access but walking distance is only 3 minutes away. Can see part of the beach from the balcony in front of the house. El Cuco is about 6 minutes drive

It’s the perfect space for four guests, but can fit five if need be with the sofa bed offered in the living room. The home is located in a gated community with a basketball court, park, and a community pool. Everything you might need in your stay! And don’t forget the beautiful volcano view offered right in the backyard of the home!
