In this spacious cabin, the whole big family can enjoy the high mountains. The architect-designed cabin "Fjordblikk" was built in 1970 and the older part has retained authentic and stylish details from the decade. In the new part from 2021 there is modern design and large glass surfaces. The entire cabin is modernized and has all the amenities: From sauna with a view to electric car charger. The cabin is located in a remote location overlooking Ustevann, Ustetind and the surrounding mountains. There is a bustling animal and bird life around the cabin.

Welcome to our amazing cottage, available all year round. Take part in the magic of winter, enjoy the fresh air of spring, or experience the adventures of summer – no matter when you choose to visit, our cabin will be your comfortable home in the mountains. The cabin is located just below 1000 m.a.s.l. about 6 km away from the mountain village of Geilo which offers some of Norway's most beautiful alpine slopes, shops, spa and activities all seasons. Around Ustedalsfjorden there is a great hike, perfect for both walking (on foot or on skis) and cycling.

Cottage in peaceful surroundings

We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage yard at Ustaoset. The courtyard consists of a main cabin, two annexes and a shed for equipment/tools. It is surrounded by a beautiful birch forest and offers charm and harmony. Amazing views of Hallingskarvet. There are good opportunities for hiking, both winter and summer - right out the door. Skarvskue is still used by the family, personal touch will therefore be visible. We are looking for guests who take care of the cabin and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Unique elf spa;)

Beautiful cabin/chalet located at the top of Vestlia in Geilo. The cabin was new in 2023 and has a high standard. Spectacular views that give you a front row seat over Geilo and Hallingskarvet. The cabin has a terrace with evening sun in the summer where you can enjoy the sunset and the view until the sun goes down. Ski in ski out with immediate proximity to the alpine resort, and prepared ski trails around Ustedalsfjorden. 5-10 minutes walk to Vestlia Resort with restaurant, spa and swimming pool. Walking distance to Geilo.

Here you live peacefully by Strandafjorden, with a short distance to Ål city center, hiking trails and ski trails. No electricity or running water – but everything you need for a real and atmospheric cottage experience. Perfect for couples, friends and families who want to relax and enjoy nature. In winter, a ski slope is made in and past the cabin – parking is then 1 km from the cabin.

Enjoy the winter in Geilo in a spacious main floor with your own outdoor massage bath! Here you live peacefully, only 6-8 minutes walk from Slaatta ski center and a short walk from the city center and the train. After a day on the slopes, you can lower your shoulders in the heated massage tub (open 8 am - 11 pm), or relax in front of a large TV with a good sound system and lightning-fast fiber internet. Perfect for the group of friends or family who want a short distance to "everything!"

This charming and spacious family cabin is centrally located in Geilo, just a 15-minute walk from the town center with easy access to cafés, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy beautiful ski trails in the winter and hiking and biking trails in the summer located just a short distance from the cabin. The cabin from 1963 features two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a large living room with dining area, a guest WC, and a generous bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi, shower, and an additional WC.

Find the resting pulse in our small house in quiet surroundings 4 km from Geilo city center. Simple but practical standard, decorated with something new, and something old. Two bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The floor may creak a little, the walls are not quite straight everywhere, but we think it's cozy. Hope you think so too. And don't buy drinking water! We have perhaps the world's best, and cleanest water in the spring :)
