Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Üsküdar

Our stay was well catered for, everything necessary is present. All rooms have aircon and the beds are comfortable which are always my main concern. The area is perfectly situated within the outskirts of the hub of Besiktas. Walking to the bustle is a matter of minutes while also maintaining a peaceful neighbourhood without any noise affecting sleep. The terrace upstairs is epic and rare.. there’s also a great stereo in the living room which was handy for our stay. The only thing missing is hanging space for clothes, they’re no closest in the bedrooms which is a bit tricky Needless to stay I’d book again in a heart beat as we were all impressed by the comfort convenience and cleanliness

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Çok güzel bir konaklamaydı, evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Yer resimlerdekinin aynısı ve evde tüm olanaklar mevcut. Yerin konumu çok merkeziydi ve kolayca ulaşım sağlayabildim. Hakan Bey son derece dost canlısıydı, sürekli ihtiyaçlarım konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Tekrar konaklamayı düşündüğüm yerlerden biri.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Ev gerçekten resimlerdeki gibi güzel. Yataklar ve çarşaflar temizdi. Televizyon internete bağlıydı youtube ve netflix var. Keyifli vakit geçirdim gene geleceğim. Teşekkürler Mehmet Bey.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la casa de Zeynep! Zeynep nos ayudó en todo respondiendo súper rápido. La localización es estupenda. Seguro que volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Estambul

Aksel Bey’in evi aynı fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. 2+1 evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Akıllı ev sistemine sahip, yerden ısıtmalı, gayet konforlu bir daire. Aksel Bey çok nazik ve iletişim kurması kolay birisi. Maslak civarında konaklamanız gerekiyorsa gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Çok memnun kaldık genis, ferah ve temizdi. Konum çok merkezi

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

Konumu, temizliği ve manzarası ile çok güzel bir ev. Otopark sorunu olmaması da ayrı bir avantaj. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir.

Her şey mükemmeldi tertemizdi konum olarak da çok iyi bir konumdaydı tekrar istanbula yolum düşerse düşünmeden kalacağım bir yer.

Ev sahibimizin üstümüzdeki ilgisini her daim hissettik. Saat kaç olursa olsun bizimle ilgilenmesi ve konutun fotoğraflardaki gibi temiz ve ferah olması bizleri çok mutlu etti. İlgini ve kibarlığınız için tekrardan teşekkür ederiz.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Besiktas und ist 150 Meter von der Fähre entfernt. Lediglich sollte man die Handtücher zwischendurch wechseln, weil wir es vorher nicht wussten. Ansonsten ist es für einen Kurztrip optimal.

En väldigt ren och städad lägenhet, med två sovrum, bra kök, rent badrum och rymligt vardagsrum. Vi trivdes mycket bra där. Värden svarade snabbt på meddelanden.

Lovely comfortable house for our family of 4. Great views and well equipped. In order to get to Üsküdar town and the Fatih easily you need to take a bus which was not ideal but cengelkoy itself is a nice village with some good restaurants and a great historic tea house. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Belirtilen her şeye uygundu aksi bir sorun yaşanmadı. Cadde bayram sebebiyle olsa gerek geceleri biraz yoğundu ama gündüzleri bir ses sorunu yoktu tolere edilebilir seviyedeydi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Şehir dışından gelen misafirlerim için Ceren Hanım’ın evini kiraladım. Ev son derece konforlu, eksiksiz ve düzenliydi. Küçük bir ihtiyaç (tava) sebebiyle kendisine ulaştığımızda bile çok hızlı bir şekilde çözüm üretti ve yeni tavalar temin etti. Ceren Hanım’ın pozitif yaklaşımı, anlayışı ve desteği sayesinde çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyor, herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

Sakin ve huzurlu bir sokakta ev. Deniz ile arasında başka bir ev veya bina yok. Kapalı terasından panoromik olarak her yeri görebiliyorsunuz.Kız kulesi, tarihi yarımada, galata kulesi, çırağan, dolmabahçe vs İstanbulun tüm ironik yerleri manzarada bulunuyor. Ev 3. katta, asansör yok ama çıkması kolaydı. Ev temizliğinde sıkıntı yoktu ama mutfak aletleri ve çarşaflar daha temiz olabilirdi. Evde 3 tane klima var ve hepsi verimli çalışıyordu. Evin bulunduğu sokak yoğun ama park yeri her seferinde bulabildim. martı sesleri haricinde sokaktan veya binadan rahatsız edici bir ses gelmedi. ev sahibi ilgiliydi ama en hızlı cevap veren ev sahiplerinden olduğunu söyleyemem. Özellikle deniz ve boğaz manzarası isteyenler için en iyi yerlerden biri.
