Enes war nicht gut erreichbar. Erst als ich ihn auf seiner Mobilnummer angeschrieben habe, kam eine Antwort. Aber auch hier musste ich mehrmals nachfragen. Die Wohnung war absolut katastrophal! Die Bettlacken waren fleckig und hatten Löcher. Die Handtücher waren nass und hatten ebenfalls ekelhafte Flecken. Das Badezimmer war völlig verschimmeln und im Abfluss waren jede Menge Haare. Meine Frau und ich haben es genau eine halbe Stunde dort ausgehalten, dann haben wir und ein Zimmer in einem Hotel um die Ecke geholt. Zum Glück hat und AirBnB das Geld zurückerstattet. So eine Frechheit habe ich noch nie erlebt!

We booked the place about two weeks in advance, and the host simply stopped replying a few days before. I have a belly feeling that it was due to the lack of a dedicated parking space, which is listed in the description, but other reviews said it is absent.. We asked him "please send us the location on gmaps", "please send us a picture of the entrance" and alike, and he simply did not respond.
As a result, my girlfriend ended up stranded at Istanbul airport and had to spend the night in a hotel. 0/5 stars, can NOT recommend. AirBnB issued us a full refund and an apology.

The positive :
-Amazing location with lots to do around
-Comforting sounds and noises from the street for a solo traveller
-Enough towels and bed sheets
-Washing machine works very well
-Matress was comfy
The negative :
-Not very clean with the smell of mold and cold cigarette
-The bed was broken and it succumbed while I was sleeping
-Not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. I had to buy it all.
-Using hot water was hard since the mixer doesn't work very well

All in all wasn't the greatest value for the money. Yet I enjoyed my time in istanbul because of the great location.
Not for someone in their 30s a good pied à terre for someone who's in their 20s and just want to have fun and come to a place to sleep.
