pictures of apartment were accurate. address was not. ten minutes away from advertised on page and in email confirmation. wifi did not work - sent for wrong unit/building. they wanted to send someone over at 9pm to fix it, which was strange, and they never showed up. the positives are the apartment is nice enough and in a good location, but not as good as advertised.

Extremely bad experience

Check-in instructions were not provided on time, and the host did not respond to messages until just one hour before check-in. Even Airbnb support was unable to reach them, making the situation incredibly stressful.

When we finally got a response, the host informed us at the very last minute that they were changing the accommodation. The new place was significantly cheaper and smaller than the original one no bathtub, not nearly as nice, and in a worse location outside the old town.

To make matters worse, the new apartment was dirty unwashed dishes, dusty floors, spider webs everywhere, and a terrible sewer smell in the bathroom. It was nowhere near the standard I had paid for.

Communication with the host was unreliable and extremely difficult. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone!

The place looks great but you can only see the pictures , not the place ! M the day before the arrival at received some instructions to a link that was never provided . The address was provided but the code for the lockbox was not. After sending a dozen a messages that remained unanswered, three phone calls with AirBnB support (they ware not able to provided to code or contact the host) and after waiting for 2 hours in front of the building in a January night I had to cancel this reservation and look for another place. Inexcusable and sloppy behavior. Stay clear from this apartment. I would have rated it -1 if I could

Uwaga, gospodarz nie odpowiada na wiadomości. Nie udało nam się zameldować w mieszkaniu. Oferta jest oszustwem, podany numer telefonu jest do zupełnie innej firmy. Będąc w Warszawie musieliśmy szukać na miejscu nowego mieszkania!
