Briana was absolutely phenomenal! She created such a beautiful and memorable experience for my private birthday dinner. Her talent and attention to detail made the evening truly special — from the incredible flavors to the elegant presentation, every dish was amazing. Her professionalism, warmth, and passion for what she does really shine through. It was such a joy to have her be part of the celebration, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Chef Briana was wonderful. She was very communicative and accommodating. Our party had some food restrictions and she was able to pivot even with a last minute change.
The food was great especially that Mac and cheese and fried fish. once she was done cooking she and her assistant left the kitchen looking spotless, almost as if no one was there. I def recommend using her for your next event. Side note she also does cakes as well
