We had a wonderful experience with Chef Manon. From the start, she worked with me to co-design a three course birthday dinner menu for 10 people, based on her ideas and our preferences. She was flexible in accommodating dietary restrictions in our group (vegetarian, vegan, nut allergies), and her communication was always clear and timely. On the day of the dinner, she arrived on time, was patient, and created a warm and seamless experience for us. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and enjoyed by everyone. The evening was memorable and very worth it. Highly recommend!
