Cory was respectful since the beginning and has been in good communication. He also messaged in time after check-out. The disappointing part was the sink was filled with used dishes and four big bags of trashes were left in the kitchen. The trash compactor room was right outside of the apt but they didn't clean trashes or recycle for 4 days.
