It was a nice loft/apartment. Industrial style. Open concept. There isn’t a lot of storage space for clothes especially if staying for more than 1 week with 2 people. There is only 1 washer/dryer unit. The rooftop pool leaves something to be desired and was shady. The kitchen supplies were well stocked. There were a lot of cleaning supplies. There is a parking lot right next to the building and a multi story next to that with security and month pass available. The second you exit the building you will be hit with the overwhelming stench of urine. There are a lot of homeless people around this area. The hosts reply very quickly and were available to answer any questions. There was 24h security, but the people working there did not seem to be very qualified. This listing is good value for money and was a rare find in DTLA.

Beautiful place, really convenient location and felt very safe for DTLA. Has a lot of good amenities and beautiful pool and hot tub on the roof top. Really sweet doormen and nice people in the building. A bit difficult to find and the lighting wasn't the best but nothing that really bothered me personally. Grant also replies fairly well. Really enjoyed my stay.

This place was stylish, clean, and a great place to stay in. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Downtown LA.

Grant’s place is amazing. It has all you need and is located in the heart of LA. The apartment is spacious and super clean. Within walking distance you have the Grand Central Market and other must see locations/landmarks. I visited couple of Grant’s suggestions and I definitely recommend visiting those. I would recommend Grant’s place to anyone looking to stay at a stylish place in DTLA.
