Perfect place for my husband and I to stay when we moved our son into his dorm at NCSU. Nice neighborhood, lots to do. Beautiful studio, extremely clean and well appointed. Could not ask for more!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Loved our stay in the loft! Was so cute- I loved the seafoam kitchen and bathroom scheme and the cozy linens. Felt very safe and private 10/10

Perfect landing spot after a busy day - really appreciated the luxe details, comfy bed, convenient location. We didn’t use the full kitchen but what a great feature. Good central location, close to downtown but still in a neighborhood, with off-street parking. Would recommend!

This apartment does NOT sleep 4. The futon in the living room can sleep one small adult or child but is very hard. Other than that, the host is very easy to communicate with and the location and building are fabulous.
