Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Urubamba

When I read other people’s reviews of Carolina’s house I thought “how could an Airbnb be this amazing?” Well, now I know! Between the location, the grounds, the vibe, the people, the house exceeds any other I have been to and we have been to many!!!! Carolina connected us with Marle to help with cooking and housekeeping for our stay. Her food was delicious and her attentiveness to our needs was beyond compare. Ferdinand is a gem. He was our driver during our stay in sacred valley. He was dependable, reliable and went above and beyond booking us guides on our day trips. One of the guides that Ferdinand was our own travel agent! Marle found my wallet that I left in the house and reached out to me and Ferdinand offered and then drove 2 hours to meet me and give me the wallet without charge!!! (We obviously gave him money as a thank you! ) But this is the kind of people working here. The beds were comfy, the grounds were magnificent and the house was spotless. Best rental one can find!

I agree with the other reviewers—the photos don’t do justice to how truly stunning this place is. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The garden is a little paradise, with hummingbirds and other wildlife visiting daily. It’s just a short walk to mototaxis that can take you into town. The local people are incredibly kind and generous, always ready to help. Fabiola was warm, welcoming, and always available to answer questions or offer suggestions. I can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sasaba’s place. The house was small and cozy, great in winter as the fire in the chimney gets to all corners of the house. The place is in a small community which was great, and is close enough to Pisac to get our essentials. Our host was also lovely, she was really helpful and always responsive. Would definitely stay there again :)

This house is amazing – the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. You have everything you need for a perfect stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy furnishings that make it feel like home. One of the highlights is the outdoor jacuzzi – it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is also fantastic, with beautiful nature spots and charming local places just a short drive away / or public transportation. Highly recommend – I’d definitely come back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our month-long stay at Unuwasi. Erika & Yuli are excellent hosts - very kind, helpful, and responsive to all of our needs. The unit is spacious, modern, cozy, and very clean. The outdoor space and surroundings are extremely beautiful & peaceful. This stay is perfect for relaxing & enjoying the outdoors. The food is also delicious - the best Lomo Saltado we’ve had yet! Our only issue was that the hot tub didn’t work as well as we had hoped. Regardless, we highly recommend staying here during your trip to the beautiful Sacred Valley!

Eduardo is an excellent host! very helpful with instructions and attentive! The view of the mountains is amazing and it has a huge garden with a patio setting to enjoy! I loved the yoga studio upstairs with a deck to practice outside or also inside! The bed is very comfortable and the shower is strong and Hot! It has a new kitchen with oven that I enjoyed very much! The best part it's that Arin Waterfalls are only 20 minutes walking! Amazing spot to enjoy, meditate and watch the valley from the top! The neighborhood it's very peacefull and people are very kind! I felt safe at all time! I would definitely come back!

Our host was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and reliable throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival stress-free. The location is excellent—just a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk to the vibrant Plaza Mayor de Cusco, allowing easy access to the city’s main attractions.

Great place to stay, we would definitely come back. The apartment was spacious, clean, well organized and everything worked perfectly. It is located on a narrow but private street, so there is little vehicular flow and you can rest well. Access is not complicated, but it is important to have clear instructions as it is inside the grounds. Also, within the same enclosure there are other accommodations and on one of the nights, there were parties until very late, which affected the rest due to the noise. As a suggestion, it would be good to set a schedule to control those types of activities. Even so, the person who welcomed us was very friendly and orientated us well. Recommended.

Rodolfo took care of us, a ten. Very attentive, friendly and helpful and above all decisive. He also gave us recommendations about the place and the places we were going to visit later. It should be noted that we had a mishap with the bags and he resolved it quite well. About the apartment: very central, a few meters from Plaza de Armas. Very comfortable and for a fairly affordable price. If you are thinking of visiting the historic center of Cusco or going to Machu Picchu, it is a very good option since the same bus to Ollantaytambo is very close to the accommodation. The only negative aspect is that it has no heating but it does have portable stoves

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in San Blas, Cusco. The house was spotlessly clean, full of charm, and in a perfect location—just a short walk from all the main sights, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Yolanda was an exceptional host—so friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and gave us wonderful recommendations for local sightseeing and restaurants. Her tips truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay here again!

Very responsive host. Excellent providing my request. I found the floors very slippery and asked for some rugs and she brought some brand new ones the next day. Very comfy bed and nice tv. My only complaint was the shower, it's very tricky to get the right pressure and tempurature. Be warned its on the northside of town at the very top. Everywhere you walk in town makes for a tough uphill walk back.

We loved this location near a beautiful waterfall! Cozy bed and well stocked kitchen with a nice fireplace. The staff was able to help us carry our bags across the bridge and park just outside the gate. We really enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful stay at Gustavo's house. Both the house and the property were in pristine condition. The house shares the yard with two other rentals and Gustavo's house, but everyone is friendly and enjoying the space. We had some challenges with the check-in/house, but Gustavo was friendly and proactive to resolve it. We would recommend it to anyone looking to explore the area.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this villa in Valle Sagrado, the house is beautiful, super comfortable and luxurious. Natalia gave us excellent tips and information on activities my family wanted to do. We are delighted and will definitely be back.

We have stayed in many airbnbs around the world and very few made us feel as at home as this one. Gustavo the owner, Yuly the caretaker, and Isabel the chef all played their roles to perfection. It is a 30 minute walk to town downhill. Take a mobiletaxi back. The breakfast was well worth the extra charge. We also asked Isabel to make a traditional dinner for us. The grounds are amazing, bunnies running around and gigantic hummingbirds. Just wow. We are already planning to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful home with a spacious yard and incredible mountain views, all in a quiet neighborhood that's only about a 15 minute walk from the Pisac Market and great restaurants. Perfect location for exploring the Pisac ruins, Sacred Valley, Tambomachay, Puka Pukara, Tipon, Sacsayhuaman, even Cusco, which is only about 45 minutes away. Special shout out to Gualberto and Jesusa for being so gracious and for keeping us stocked up on firewood and dried eucalyptus (Peruvian fire starter). Stayed for 5 days and didn't want to leave. Next time, we're staying for 2 weeks!

We stayed for a month with five homeschooling kids while working remotely. Lysbeth is a dream. She really took care of us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. This was a great base to explore the sacred valley.
