Melt at Elbow Valley

We have stayed in AirBnb's all over the world and this place tops the list. We wanted a private, quiet getaway and we got that 100%. The entire place is amazing from amenities, the epic vista, the stars, the gorgeous cows, birds and pure relaxation. Outdoor bath was amazing, indoor outdoor fires, just epic times. Will be back for sure.

Romancealot Cabin

Kirsten’s place was perfect for the purpose of our visit to Stanthorpe. We came to visit some friends who have been in Stanthorpe for the last few years. Even though Kirstee’s place is set up for two we were able host our friends for lunch. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our roast lamb and vegetables lunch, enjoyed with some local red and white wines. Hot tub was 👌🏼 in the cold weather, our visit to the local markets was amazing, very kind and friendly people everywhere. Great coffee and produce. Waste no time, get yourself booked in for a stay in Stanthorpe and be sure to stay at Kirstee’s place.

Rustic Early Settlers Cottage with amazing views!

MaxRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Everything about this cabin was amazing, we felt lucky to be able to stay in such a well kept and rustic cabin. It really was unlike anywhere I've ever stayed and genuinely felt lucky to be there especially considering there were a pair of wedged tailed eagles flying above and around the stunning views for most of our stay. Beautiful, private, different and very reasonably priced considering its so nice and on a huge private block. All in all a memorably experience and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here, the photos look nice but its even better in real life. Tracey really made us feel at home and was easy to deal with. The breakfast hamper is a must and all foods included were fresh and delicious!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Alum Rock Hideaway. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the natural beauty and peacefulness of the surroundings – a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was immaculate, beautifully presented, and incredibly well thought-out. Every detail had been considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. We especially appreciated the privacy of the location – it felt like our own little sanctuary nestled in nature. The hosts were absolutely lovely: warm, welcoming, and respectful of our space while still being available if we needed anything. If you’re looking for a quiet, serene getaway with stunning scenery and thoughtful touches throughout, we highly recommend Alum Rock Hideaway. A perfect retreat – we’ll definitely be back!
