Sea/Mountain views by the beach

If you enjoy the sun, the beach, the sea and stunning sunsets, , our apartment will be perfect for you. It is situated in a quiet residential area within a gated community, closed to traffic. The Saladar beach with more than one kilometre of golden sand is just a few meters away. It is a quite blue flag beach frequented mostly by locals. It has a promenade running the whole length of the beach where a good selection of bars and restaurants, can be found. There is also a small supermarket here.

A gated entrance is visible, framed by palm trees and lush green landscaping. The gate opens to a view of the beach and the ocean in the distance, under a clear blue sky.

Close to the airport at 3.7 km, enjoy the paradisiacal white sandy beach of Altet at 1.5 km, 5 min by car. Alicante is 10 km away, and Elche is 20 minutes away. The studio is located in El Altet, a quiet place, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The building is new, it has an elevator. There are regular buses to the beach in summer and weekends in September. Off street parking.

Beach and Sun Apartment

Very comfortable and well-equipped for a great vacation in summer or winter. We have private parking. Just a two-minute walk away we have the beach, the promenade, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. There is a bus stop at the door that takes you downtown in a few minutes. Alicante is a very active city. But if you want more peace and quiet in Urbanova, you can walk along the beach, relax in the sun, have a drink or enjoy a tasty meal by the sea.

Check-in went smoothly and the accommodation was well equipped and matched the pictures! Approximately 20-minute walk to a long, nice beach. Cozy cafes and a good shop right by the property. We had a hard time understanding the buses to get into Alicante, but it went smoothly with Bolt! The host was very accommodating and would have helped if we had asked.

An outdoor area features a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a dining table. A large awning provides shade over the seating area. The setting is complemented by lush landscaping and a clear blue sky, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

Beautiful appartment very well equiped in a great location close to beach and local restaurants. Heated pool was a big plus. A big thank you to Margot who was accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

A large terrace is furnished with a rectangular dining table surrounded by six black chairs. Views of the sea are visible in the background, complemented by a bright blue sky. Sliding glass doors lead to the living area and a bedroom.

What a amazing place. Everything you could wish for,in a quiet location, but on the doorstep to the port,and town.Local bar five minute walk. Wonderful cafe/restaurant in the fishing harbour, with food to die for. The apartment is spotlessly clean,with all the facilities you could wish for. Stunning views,and a little beach just meters away. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you José, annabella, and a special thank you to Joyce. We shall return.

It was really easy to get in there from airport - it’s only 1 bus stop away, so few minutes. Location was good cause the bus left just front of the building. Apartment was small but had everything needed, was really tidy and cozy. Good heating system aswell as we were there in winter. :)

A bright and airy living area is featured, with large windows offering views of the sea. A television is placed on a wooden media unit. Comfortable seating includes a sofa and bean bag, complemented by a natural fiber area rug on the herringbone-patterned floor.
