The apartment is located in the Playa Honda area, between Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. The environment invites tranquility and relaxation, to enjoy long walks or bike rides along the beach and its surroundings. A two-minute walk to the beach and Playa Honda promenade. A five-minute walk from a nice shopping mall with a supermarket, shops, pharmacy, cafes, and a movie theater. Parking is available on the street and generally at the apartment door. Non-tourist area where you can mix with locals and local restaurants.

The penthouse ‘Atico Atlantico’ is exclusive and located just in front of the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy fantastic seaviews from your bed when you wake up and open the blinds or watch the beach while having breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. We are close to a promenade, with a bike path, which leads to Arrecife or Playa Honda, an ideal location for exploring the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment with ocean views and pool in an exclusive area and a few meters from the beach. Cozy, bright and fully equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, fiber optics, microwave-grill, etc.). Great location! Very quiet residential area just outside the capital. Only 300 meters from the main avenue that connects the main centers of the island.
