The place is perfect! The location is privileged and the common areas such as the pool and tennis court were incredible. The beach is super close and also has a beach bar to eat. We really loved the place. Andy was very kind, he explained everything very well and the apartment has everything you need to spend a few relaxed days. Something that can help you: If you have trouble sleeping, bring earplugs. At dawn you can hear many birds and different noises (I thought it was very relaxing but my mother, for example, had a hard time sleeping). The place doesn't have an oven, but it does have pots for cooking. At night the lighting inside the apartment is not the best, I would add some lamps or better ceiling lights. Be ultra cautious not to leave ANY food outside or the floor will be filled with ants.

This villa is far more beautiful than the photos suggest. We had complete privacy and the views out to the sea were incredible. Alex was incredibly helpful with our check-in and any questions we had about the area. Could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely be back in the future!

Eric's house was the best place to stay since we started renting places on the Costa Blanca a few months ago. Since we travel with a large dog, the fenced property was ideal. There is a dog beach within walking distance, which can be reached in a few minutes. The area is wonderfully quiet, but you definitely need a car to get to the nearest towns. The downstairs bathroom is newly tiled with a nice large walk-in shower. Mattresses in the SZ are very comfortable, the only drawback for me personally was that there was no way to darken the rooms, but only thin light curtains! The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The property with its old trees offers wonderful shady places to relax and offers plenty of space for dogs to roam around. Eric always responded very quickly to any questions, the contact was very pleasant! All in all, the stay at Eric's was just right for us. Clear recommendation!
