This is a completely new apartment and the Japanese Embassy is right nearby. It's a very safe neighborhood. (I'm a resident of Jesus Maria. It's an Airbnb I booked for my mom who came from Korea to see me. It's no problem for a middle-aged Asian woman who doesn't speak Spanish to be alone.) The room is completely new, and everything is clean and new. The hot water worked well and the host was very attentive. All the appliances in the house are new, so they work well. My mom stayed here alone for over a month and was able to stay without any inconvenience. It's a safe neighborhood where my mom can go out alone and walk around without any problems. There is a Starbucks and a Pappa Jones china wok 3 minutes away, and a large supermarket metro 5 minutes away. 10 minutes away is a large shopping mall department store, Real Plaza Salaberry, where you can find everything. There are also many restaurants in Lima to visit nearby. I recommend señor limon, tanta, and madam tusan as good places to visit on foot. The host and his son took care of everything. Thank you.
