The Host The Architect The Perfectionist “Chetan” has lots to offer. The property is exceptionally designed by the host himself. The rooms are class apart. It seems they have been specially curated for you only. The washrooms have luxury bath fittings. The restaurant is coming up very nicely. It gives you feel of tranquility alongwith Royalty. The staff is courteous helpful and jovial Chetan’s Better Half “Rose” will be there to greet you and you can see her plucking fresh vegetables from their garden to make fresh salads and vegetables for you. Its proximity to The Mayfair and Queens pod make it even more worth staying. Our stay at Sherab’s place was truly heartwarming. The rooms were not only clean and cozy but also beautifully adorned with flowers and plants, creating a peaceful and refreshing environment. The entire property is very well maintained and surrounded by natural beauty. What truly stood out was the hospitality. Sherab personally brought his car every day to help my elderly grandmother avoid the stairs, using the backdoor that’s car-accessible—something we deeply appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her stay so much easier. The staff, especially Sandip and “Uncle,” were incredibly helpful, kind, and always available. The kitchen was the cherry on top—fully stocked with everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. This place felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and peaceful getaway.

It was a Memorable stay at kessang’s homestay…extremely peaceful & pristine environment, surrounded with forest, organic farms…home cooked meals made from local ingredients…he is a great chef, I enjoyed every meal he prepared…perfect place if you are also travelling with your pets….lots to do around, places to visit….overall had a wonderful stay here….will visit again…

Staying at Nakeema Farmstead with Pranita Ji and Deepak Ji completely redefined homestays for me. Their warmth, mindfulness, and attention to detail made it one of the most peaceful and fulfilling vacations I’ve ever had. My top 3 Airbnb must-haves—cleanliness, good food, and beautiful surroundings—were all delivered and how! The space was spotless (read: Monica-clean), the food was farm-fresh and delicious (cooked by the hosts themselves!), and the setting was pure bliss. What truly stood out was how much care went into every little detail. On days we were out exploring, they thoughtfully prepped a heavy breakfast to keep us going—small gestures that made a big impact. And of course, a special mention to Pranita Ji’s furbabies—friendly, well-behaved, and absolute sweethearts. They added so much joy to our stay. Airbnb rightly calls this place a rare find. I couldn’t agree more. Heart full, belly full—10/10 would go back!

Had a lovely stay at Manalsu in Gangtok! The highlight was definitely the hospitality .. Chef Roshan prepared delicious, homely meals with a touch of local Sikkimese flavor that made us feel right at home. Abhimanyu was an exceptional host, checking in on us daily and suggesting great local spots to explore. The overall vibe of the place is warm and welcoming – a great base to enjoy Gangtok. Do keep in mind that occasional power cuts can happen, but that’s a general issue in Sikkim, not just here. All in all, highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and genuine hospitality!

The stay was exactly like I'd longed for. Comfortable and safe for solo women travellers. I shared the space with the kindest host who respected my privacy at all times. She was very helpful with everything and recommended some nice places to visit nearby. The staffs were quite responsive and friendly as well. The view from the room was breathtaking and the weather was just right. Surrounded by warm people and sumptuous home cooked meals, it felt right at home. I recommend this place for all women travelling by themselves.

This is a beautiful tranquil place to stay overlooking the monastery and hills. There are fabulous views of the Kanchenjunga range if it is clear! Jigmee and his family are friendly and kind people who looked after us very well. Spike the Great Dane is a lovely and gentle dog living there. We had excellent home cooked fresh food too. We would recommend this homestay for a relaxing time , there are monasteries and the Buddha Park a drive away if you want to travel a bit. We would love to return here again.
