Home at Lost Valley

This house is situated in an absolutely stunning setting. Cliffs and waterfalls behind and dense bush and rainforest around. A lovely open space around the house to explore. The house is open and comfortable. It’s got decent wifi but no phone reception (which was perfect for us). Any hiccups were deftly and rapidly handled, and communication was excellent.

Large windows frame a view of the surrounding rainforest, showcasing lush greenery and tall trees. A wooden countertop is visible in the foreground, with a notebook and pen resting on its surface, inviting moments of reflection amidst nature.

The space was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The outlook was very beautiful and picturesque. We had everything we needed and Judy and Peter were very accommodating, kind and approachable, and made some lovely touches to make us feel welcome and at home. We would definately stay here again

Cosy Byron hinterland hideaway

We could not have found a more perfect getaway. A very private location surrounded by Macadamia trees and at the top of the hill overlooking the hinterland. Very responsive and lovely hosts who were happy to help with anything we needed. Easy 5 star review.

A softly lit bathroom features a modern floating sink and a large oval mirror with ambient lighting. Natural elements are introduced by a small plant on the countertop. The gently arched design of the room is suggested by the light coming from the adjacent space.

The Souk

Loved the Moroccan feel to this beautiful accommodation. Also loved the quality linen and kitchenware. Mel was a great host and the location is quiet (other than the sounds of beautiful birds) with magnificent tall trees all around. We had a great stay and would love to come back another time.

Tranquil cottage in the Byron Bay Hinterland

RitaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Jess and Josh's place is absolute bliss. The cottage is a perfect getaway - the longer, the better! The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed with everything you need. The forest surrounding the cottage is stunning. It's a peaceful and private oasis. The location is fantastic as you're a short drive from the Mullumbimby town centre and only a 15min drive from the beach and other cute towns (many with fantastic local restaurants!). Jessica and Josh were super welcoming and helpful. I stayed five nights and didn't want to leave! Highly recommend for anyone who wants/needs to disconnect a bit and surround themselves in nature.

Sunrise at Heartland

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed here for our 10-year anniversary and honestly had the best time. The tiny home is in such a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with horses, dogs, and a really calm vibe overall. It was so nice to just switch off and relax for a couple of days. The place itself was super cosy, really clean, and had everything we needed. We loved chilling by the fire pit at night and feeding the horses in the morning—it was such a simple but fun part of the stay. There’s a café just across the road (run by the owners), and they were so lovely. We grabbed food to take back to the tiny home and it was perfect—tasty and easy to reheat later. The whole weekend just felt really easy and special. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, the animals were adorable, and the setting was just unreal. Definitely one of our favourite stays in Australia so far. Would 100% come back🤍

We had such an amazing time staying in the tiny home. It was really relaxing with everything you need. The outdoor bath is a big highlight as you stargaze and catch the satellites going by. Emily is a really great host and super accomodating. A very peaceful location with lots of great walks nearby! Highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back.
