We arrived in Grado and Paolo waited at the agreed meeting point and took us to the apartment. The communication was impeccable and Paolo welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything very well. The apartment is great. Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

A very cozy and modern place, with all the amenities you need, and a fantastic lake just a minute away. I only wish I could stay longer to sunbathe! Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable and everything was clean. We could also enjoy breakfast on the terrace and let the bathing suits dry. Check-in was great and Michele was very helpful and also gave us some insider restaurant tips. The apartment is well located. Playground for our child nearby, as well as the beach (about 250 m/free beach about 450 m).

Bruna was a very friendly and accommodating hostess who was helpful both in person and via messages. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, even for longer trips. The best part of the property: the view of the harbor and sea as well as the super central location! On Top: Directly under the house is a garage where you can park cheaply for a short time, long-term via Easyparking a few meters further. Koper is the ideal starting point for many excursions (Piran, Portoroz, Trieste, …), Koper itself is also very nice, with many cafes, beautiful squares and great history!

We stayed in the apartment for over a week. We were warmly welcomed by Boris and Darinka. They are treasures of people and very helpful. We were surprised with wine, juice for the children, salties and later we got cake and apple strudel. Both can flood you with tips for activities in the area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and equipped with every comfort to stay there pleasantly. Kitchen with microwave, oven and a stove so you could eat in the apartment when you wanted. There is air conditioning, which is very nice. You can do a wash if you want. The pool is clean and is carefully kept tidy by Boris. The view is amazing and you can relax until late at night and enjoy sunset and the stars. The garden is spacious and the yard offers space to park behind the fence. Many nice villages nearby. Dobrovo and Smartno are recommended for a visit. In 45 minutes you are on the Adriatic coast.

We loved our stay here, having the pool was a real bonus with the sunny weather. the whole outside space was great for us, we cooked out there in the mornings and evenins. The location is very quiet but there was a bar next door and a couple of restaurants which were walkable. overall we had a great time and Gregor was very friendly and checked to make sure we had everything we need.

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos in the listing, it is located on the 3rd floor and grants a superb view of the lake from a side balcony, which can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment. The arrival was hassle-free and the reception staff very accommodating. The pool and the sun loungers on the jetty can also be used. Overall a great stay, the contact with Eberhard was uncomplicated, he responds immediately to questions

La Luna Dell Montagne is a beautifully converted cottage in a secluded location by a river - simply stunning. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms along with amazing bathroom. Tarviso is surrounded by awesome mountains & has access to great walks & cross country skiing. Nature is at the door - literally with the Deer and the river running by outside. Marina is a fantastic host. Arranged to meet us on arrival and explain the house to us. Also arranged for patisserie deliveries as a surprise :) She has created a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed in the house

We have spent a beautiful week there. Barbara was very kind, always willing to help. Very nice to our kids, they loved her. The place exceeded our expextations, both appartment and the garden were beautiful. The appartment was perfectly equipped with all we needed. We had also a private “summer house” in the garden. Walking distance to the lake, perfect starting point to several trips (Vogel cable car, Savica waterfall). Walking distance to a camp, where you can rent a kayak, canoe or take a boat trip across the lake and back.

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help. We enjoyed the holiday with Peter and felt very comfortable in his lake bungalow. Especially the direct access to the Seebach and the pedal boats for the guests are a dream. Also noteworthy is the very well equipped kitchen. Peter was very helpful and always in a good mood. A clear recommendation!

Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

Caterina personally welcomed us and provided us with tips and was always easily accessible during our stay. Your apartment is spacious, well laid out and ideally located. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores and a large Despar are easily accessible. The apartment has been recently renovated and newly furnished. You can tell from many details that it is used as a private family apartment: washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron may be used. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need in terms of appliances, dishes and basic equipment. The apartment was exceptionally clean. 2 small disadvantages: If the air conditioning and dishwasher ran at the same time, the circuit breaker tripped several times. The neighbors upstairs were often quite noisy even during the night. In summary, the apartment is ideally suited for a family of up to six people. We'll be back for sure!

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have had so far. The apartment is just as lovely as it looks in the photos and the view over the Gulf of Trieste is quite beautiful. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Trieste train station and another 5-10 minutes to reach the city centre. It's quite a steep walk back up the hill to the apartment but thankfully there are regular buses that stop just down the road and a day pass on the buses is very cheap. Valentina was an excellent host, always responsive, friendly and very helpful. We would 100% recommend this apartment. Thank you, Valentina!

Nice apartment in the heart of Grado. We could check in late night which was very helpful for us. Jara was very helpful and used to reply in due time. I can recommend this apartment.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! We've been to a lot of apartments in Grado. None was as perfect and new as this one. There is a private basement compartment with bicycles and all kinds of beach accessories. The apartment has everything you need for a nice vacation. Mojca is very nice and helpful.

The hosts are wonderful people and had lots of tips for the area. I would recommend the apartment to other travelers!
