The house is located at the entrance to the Bodetal (5-minute walk), is an ideal starting point for Harz hikes to the cliffs Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, with cable car, chairlift and for relaxation in the thermal baths. The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and space for two people. The cozy cottage is located in the beautiful health resort of Finsterbergen, directly on the edge of the forest and very close to the Rennsteig (5 km). Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest pool with volleyball, mini golf and tennis courts are about 200 meters away.
