The house is in an incredible location, with spectacular views in a rural setting surrounded by nature. The house is very tastefully decorated. There were 8 adults, spectacular views, a child and two babies and we were very comfortable. If we think about going back to the area, we'll definitely repeat. P.S. We highly recommend going to the restaurant "La inesperada", very cheap prices and high quality food.

The house is perfect for groups, very spacious and with everything you need to spend a few days. It is also close to many towns and beautiful routes. 100% recommended.

Noelia is a fantastic host. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived. She immediately arranged a brand new one the following day, meanwhile she arranged for us to put our stuff in the fridge next door. The location was perfect for surfing, Ribadisella and Vega beach close by. Also mountain walking in Picos at your doorstep. The house has a perfect lay-out. Cosy and warm with enough wood for the fire place. The only ‘small’ drawback was the many smelly sticks with (in my opinion) horrible stink throughout the house. But we immediately put those outside. Thanks Noelia. Hopefully we’ll be back sometime.

Patricia is a delight, she allowed us to leave later so the children could travel while napping. He had the house ready and had been kind enough to leave the spa on so that the water was hot. We had a problem that he quickly solved as soon as we told him. A pleasure to be at her home

The house is completely renovated but respecting the aesthetics that it surely had years ago. Well equipped and comfortable. The views are spectacular and there are few neighbors to disturb or be disturbed by. You can walk down to the village if you like to walk, but if you're going shopping, it's better to have a car. A place to be quiet in the heart of nature. A success and I'm sure we'll be back more often

Incredible! The owners were fantastic

We stayed 6 nights in mid June to explore the area, do some walking, visit places and to drive some of the scenic routes of the area. The place is high up above the valley up a fairly narrow road and through 2 small villages before you get to San Roman. Our host provided pictures showing how to find the house which was useful. The location is very quiet and surrounded by trees, fields and views of the mountains. Our host also provided lots of useful information about walks and scenic drives in the area, the nearest beaches on the coast and local recommendations where to eat. The cats that live round about kept us amused. We had a great time.

The house was very well maintained, clean and tidy. The garden is very large and completely enclosed, ideal if you are traveling with a dog. The area is very quiet with good walks, no shops nearby. Entry and out times were very flexible. Johanna was always very attentive to our requests.

There have already been several visits to the Sotres cabins and always great, just because of the place where they are, they are a luxury, we will repeat

Excellent experience at Casa Elena: having booked at the last minute, Elena called me to explain how to get to the accommodation, without time constraints. Everything was ready, clean, the accommodation is small but everything is there and there is a large covered terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. I would recommend it without hesitation!

We had a really good time at Marta's place! It is a beautiful place and very well connected. Marta is very kind and has a very nice house with everything you need to spend a few days very well. The outdoor area is perfect. The garden is beautiful and the barbecue area is very cozy. Our little dog has enjoyed it a lot too!

We spent a few days as a couple and the stay was a real wonder. The house is newly renovated, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. As soon as we open the door, we find a perfect garden table for breakfast in the sun or dinner outdoors. The beds are very comfortable, we slept better than at home. In addition, the location is unbeatable: from the door you can access beautiful beaches and spectacular bike routes. Clara was attentive to everything from the first moment and helped us with many recommendations that made the trip even more special. Everything was perfect, we'll be back for sure!

This was a lovely stay, tucked away from the usual tourist path. Most importantly, we absolutely loved the hosts. They welcomed us with a pour of cider they brewed themselves in their shed, and it truly felt like coming home to your Spanish aunt and uncle’s house. The accommodations were great — a clean, well-kept space with a bedroom, kitchen, and living room. There’s free parking right next to the house, which made things easy. Heads up: the drive there can be a little confusing. You’ll probably feel like the GPS is taking you the wrong way, but just trust it and keep going. The road winds up a mountain to a tiny village at the top, and it’s worth the trek. The only real downside was that there weren’t any restaurants within walking distance. But it was a short drive to nearby towns with great food options. This is a perfect spot if you want to get off the beaten path and experience a more local, authentic side of Spain.

I spent three days at Pedro's house with my family (8 adults and a baby). The stay was great. The house has everything you need. Large rooms, with a private bathroom and very comfortable. Very quiet setting with mountain and ocean views. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with.

It was a great stay, the house has everything you need and is super cozy. A very quiet area to enjoy nature, in a spectacular setting and centrally located to visit any point in Cantabria. Israel was very kind and told us places to go and eat. A big plus was the towel and blanket for our little dog. Thank you for everything, a luxury vacation!
