Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in University Park, Westchester

Great location, easily accessible to main buses nearby connecting to most shops and restaurants. Was a nice quiet area with good privacy. Easily maintainable and walkable supermarkets with good parking space and many amenities in good condition available.

I would like to say this is one of the best Airbnb’s in the Miami Beach area, I would definitely recommend this to a small family or even a group of friends going to visit Miami for a weekend! It is very close to many different stores and restaurants, and a close drive to multiple beaches! Will definitely be booking again.

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. We stayed at this Airbnb for a post-op recovery trip, and it was exactly what we needed. I was looking for specific amenities to make our stay comfortable and stress-free, and this place had it all — a kitchen with stove and fridge, washer and dryer, stand-up shower, convenient parking, and easy access to the room. Everything was clean, accessible, and thoughtfully set up, which made our recovery much smoother. The hosts were excellent with communication — very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling for medical reasons or just looking for a well-equipped, comfortable place to stay in Miami.

Olympia House has been one of my favorite homes booked through Airbnb! Francisco and team were great with everything. They made my mother’s 50th birthday so memorable! They accommodated all of our requests and were very responsive whenever we needed anything. Definitely recommend. 10/10 experience!

I literally have no complaints, I loved everything about the house, it’s in pristine and perfect condition, decorated beautifully, it was clean, we had plenty of beds, bathrooms, and hanging out space inside and outside for our entire family, the house was well equipped and comfortable, it just felt like home, the kitchen was EXCELLENT. The private pool, jacuzzi and patio was top notch, this made for very comfortable outdoor lounging. (I also loved the ceiling fans in the patio area). Also, the house was in a great location; near highways, shops, restaurants, the grocery store, CVS, the UPS Store, etc., the neighborhood is excellent. We enjoyed the surprise treats from Everscene; they were delicious and a nice surprise. Everything about our entire experience at this home and the house we totally enjoyed. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE and I will book this home again when I am back in Miama.

Federico was a very responsive host. When I needed anything he would reply in seconds. The house was great it was everything it said on the description. The neighborhood was very child friendly. The house was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend

Great stay for a short weekend getaway! Highly recommend for location near restaurants. There is even a Publix next door for your everyday needs. Major points for parking pass! Would definitely stay again.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.
