Families and fishermen welcome! Approved guests may use the boat ramp, empty lot for parking, 3 kayaks, 4 orange life jackets ( or bring your own), fire pit and firewood and a corn hole game. Relax, fish, swim, boat ride, kayak, watch the birds and water, grill or just chill. We do not, however allow parties/events/gatherings. For liability reasons, only approved guests are allowed on the property at all times ( no "gatherings" allowed).

Public boat ramp less than a mile away. Fishing dock and sea wall ideal for fishing or taking kayaks out. We have an uncovered boat slip for parking a boat on site. Our driveway is steep so we suggest parking boats at the top of the hill if they are trailered.
