Vacation rentals with lake access in Una

The accommodation is in a condominium that looks like a village, far from the Ilheus movement. The condominium is all cared for, tree-lined and has everything - and is by the beach. Very good to rest, feeling at home, enjoying the beach and the place a lot. The house is quiet, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, flexible checkin and everything as advertised (Felipe is super helpful and attentive, thank you very much!). It's all simple and cared for, I went with my family and we felt very comfortable and satisfied. We hope to come back more often!

Beautiful house very close to the coast with few people and lots of nature

Mércia always very polite and helpful, resolved all doubts and helped us by giving local tips and arranging contact for a person to clean and cook for us every day. We went with 4 dogs, one of them being medium to large and, at no time Mercia showed any inconvenience or was putting rules and restrictions, only asked for good care with the place, something that is extremely difficult to find. The house is very close to the beach, has a well-kept and beautiful access, 3 minutes walking. The beach of the house is beautiful, with an extensive strip of sand, sea with waves but nothing to worry about and at low tide it forms several very tasty pools to stay and has cabins nearby. Great house, spacious and well equipped. The only thing I think was owed is bed and bath linens, as well as a washing machine and, umbrella to take the beach, I believe that a little maintenance on some things at home would be good but nothing to modify the great experience I had. I highly recommend it and plan to return.

We spent 3 nights at Aerton's beach house and we thought it was a great option for our tour. We went to 11 adults and 2 children to Ilhéus/Olivença and stayed there, which is in a condominium shortly after Olivença. The house is large, spacious, well cared for, with 6 rooms available, all with air conditioning and two double beds each, a large pool, barbecue space, tables for 15/20 people, new and complete utensils and appliances, everything we needed. The environments are exactly as described and as the photos of the listing. The condominium is on the edge of the beach, with an access that makes the house almost foot in the sand. Aerton was a caring and careful host, directing us from days before arrival until our departure. The checkin was quiet, easy and quick. Izabel, who served us, is very helpful and careful. If you want a quiet place to spend a weekend with friends or family, I indicate Aerton's space without a second thought.

They left super clear instructions for our entry and everything was organized to receive us. Cozy and well-kept house to receive us. The host was always available and willing to help us through WhatsApp. Everything was very good.

The accommodation is very good. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, with good showers and a well-equipped kitchen. Some suggestions for improvement would be to change the curtains to blackout. The room is well lit by the sun that rises in front of the apartment. And fix the fan in the living room that's not working. Other than that, it's worth more than staying in a hotel.

The apartment is very cozy, everything is clean, well equipped, exactly as in the photos and has an excellent location. It is close to the beaches and restaurants. The pool is impeccably clean and has a stunning view. The Sapetinga coastline has the most beautiful sunset in Ilhéus. It's well worth it! I highly recommend it and intend to return more often. Vinícius was very attentive and responded to us quickly. Thank you so so much!

Spotless location, and the hostess was unsaved for us to have a formidable experience. Lovely atmosphere, private, very polite and attentive collaborators. Impeccable structure, sea view and “foot of sand”. I'll be back soon and highly recommend it .

Hosts are a very friendly and helpful couple. The accommodation has everything you need, it is very clean and absolutely quiet. The garden is huge and beautiful! The property is located exactly between Itabuna and Ilhéus and both cities can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Highly recommended!
