We stayed one ight in Uman. It was a lovely place and everything was easy and nice. There was even a little balcony where you can sit and enjoy your tea. Marichka gave us advice for nice restaurants. Thank you for a very pleasurable stay!
A close-up captures a person's face adorned with blue and yellow face paint, representing the Ukrainian flag. The intricate symbol of the trident is painted on the cheek, and the person's eye, with noticeable detail, gazes thoughtfully, creating a striking visual representation of national pride.

Very professional. Went above and beyond.
A functional kitchen is equipped with cabinets featuring a mix of light and dark surfaces. A stove and extractor hood are positioned above the counter, with various utensils and a small appliance present. Shelving holds a few decorative plants, adding a touch of greenery.

The host met me at the property and told me all I needed to know. The location was good for my purposes.
A bright living area features a large window that allows natural light to fill the space. A flat-screen television is mounted on the wall. A dark wooden desk and a chair are positioned adjacent to a comfortable sofa adorned with decorative cushions.

New Apartments near Sofievsky Park

Overall, the apartment is great and has almost everything you might need to comfortably enjoy your stay. It's located in a modern building and also has a great backyard, which could be perfect if you have children. I'd like the host to consider changing the kettle (there was a lot of limescale left from the hard water). Additionally, more kitchen appliances would be a nice addition. One more thing: there's a big market next to the building that makes a lot of noise with its industrial systems working 24/7. If you close the windows, you won't hear anything, though this could cause some inconvenience in the summer. Thanks to the host. I would rent this apartment one more time if I went to Uman'.
A close-up of a person's face displays the blue and yellow colors of the Ukrainian flag. The eye is visible, and a stylized trident emblem is painted on the cheek, blending with the vibrant flag colors.

Great place to rest in Ukraine ... even/especially in the current context.
A clear view from a window frames a scenic landscape, featuring lush trees and a river in the distance. The vibrant green foliage complements the golden sand along the shore, with hints of a playground visible in the nearby area.

We arrived on April 12-13, 2025, to visit Sofiyivka and a tour of the city for a day. The apartment is very cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special advantage was the availability of individual heating, which is especially comfortable in the off-season. I also liked the convenient location of the apartment, it is equidistant both from the railway and bus stations, and from the central part of the city and Sofievka. Host Neil is a very caring and friendly person, always in touch and helped with questions that arose. Overall, we felt at home. I recommend choosing this apartment.
