Vacation rentals with a patio in Ulu Tiram

This is my first time subscribing to Airbnb. It feels like home. It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The transportation is very convenient. There are convenience walk downstairs have stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Indian and Malay food, desserts and drinks. It is a very good work holiday experience. I will come again next time. I had a really lovely and comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The space was spotless—very clean, neat, and well-organized, which made it feel welcoming and easy to settle into right away. It’s also a very peaceful location, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so finding a good meal or a cosy spot for coffee was always convenient. The area felt lively yet not overcrowded, which was a great balance. All the facilities and amenities were in excellent working condition, which I really appreciated—everything functioned as it should, which isn’t always the case in every stay. From the shower to the appliances, everything was smooth and hassle-free, adding to the overall comfort. The host was also friendly and approachable. Will definitely return again!

had a great stay at the place. location was safe and quiet if u enjoy some peace. exploring around the area was easy with some good foods within 5 to 10 mins drive with not much traffics. the host was prompt with the replies to your enquiries and was a great help.. would come again some day

A very clean and homey place that has plenty of massages, restaurants and eco galleria literally just downstairs! Jaya grocer is just a few mins away and is such a fab supermarket with international brands that we love. Checking in and out werea breeze too. Security was super secure too which made us feel very safe at all times. The host was also v kind to provide a cot for our baby. The TV was preloaded with TV games that entertained my 2 older boys so much!

The location of this apartment is very good near to all those popular shopping area and a lot of nearby restaurant to try. The apartment feels comfortable when staying here feels like home. The host was very good and replied to every request that I have. So if you’re in Johor Bahru give this apartment a try

Was overall a great stay for us, place was big and could accommodate many with the pull out sofa bed and extra mattress, our 4 year old kid loved the slide and the play kitchen. However just to note : The toys were more suitable for babies / were somewhat old. Nook was extremely responsive and helpful as well, and helped as much as possible including allowing us at 1.30pm check-in because we came into Malaysia early. Thank you so much for accommodating! We appreciate it a lot. We also loved the pool at level 22 as well. Will definitely love to come back! Only one point to improve: Place was a little dusty when we came. Other than that definitely worthy of a 5 star!

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

It’s wonderful place to stay at with family

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

Great place.. Good location

The Reborn house was the perfect accommodation for our JB trip getaway. It was situated minutes away from Midvalley Southkey mall and Taman Sentosa, so it was very convenient to reach good food and play. The children had fun playing in the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained. We felt safe as the neighborhood was well protected by security. Overall, a very fun stay for our family and friends!

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

Host was responsive even when i texted late. The advanced PDF instructions were really helpful-Please read & study before you arrive or else your tired brain wont able to process it. But the facilities were great & comfortable as it claimed. I was well aware about the distance on the parking to door per review, but man it was a journey. If you have lots of things to bring in make sure to have it all in a trolley/bag (or a non annoying husband) to carry it upstairs if you dont want regret later. Plan & pack wisely. We were there for a short period of time, but i can see the nice pool view,park, court definitely would try it out if we have a chance in the future. Highly recommended.

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. They provide essential cooking tools, common condiments, instant noodles, and instant coffee. It was very convenient to prepare simple meals during the stay. I also noticed a small collection of books in Chinese made the space feel even more welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like a home. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but there was access to Yogurt TV, which offered a variety of channels from all over the country. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a short stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb in Johor. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout. The location was great — close to amenities like restaurants, shops, and with easy access to Legoland, JB Sentral, etc. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Johor and would love to stay here again in the future!
