We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joy’s place. She was clear with arrival details and when we entered the apartment was immaculate. All residents in the building are quiet and we felt very safe. Convenient to have the e-mart right below. The apartment had a fabulous view and was decorated stylishly. There are a couple of local restaurants nearby and the beach is a 3 minute walk, there are also excellent transport links to everywhere we wanted to go. Joy was very warm and responded to all of our messages, even helping to translate the TV to get Netflix working! I am so glad I chose to stay here and would recommend!

First of all, I'm sorry for contacting you during cleaning due to the check-in time. The accommodation was a place with many good points, like many reviews. However, there was a barn nearby, so it smelled all the way to the yard, so it was uncomfortable when using the barbecue. It smells a lot every time the wind blows. I knew the kitchen was on the second floor, but I think it would be nice to have a refrigerator on the first floor or near the barbecue. Refrigerator and dining table on the 1st floor I think it would be better if there was a sofa on the second floor.

The location of the accommodation was not too far from Hwangnidan-gil, so it was so nice, and it was nice to have a grocery store and convenience store nearby. I was able to do the fireplace, and the interior was so cute, and I think I traveled in a good mood because they provided plenty of snacks and water. If there was one thing that was disappointing, it was that the door knob inside the bathroom was rusty, so the door didn't open well. Other than that, I love it so much that I want to stay again if I go to Gyeongju!

Maybe because the accommodation is non-catering, but the kitchen and everything was clean, and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was convenient to go out and eat. It's spacious and well-decorated, and the boiler works well and warm water comes out really well. If you stay quietly in the evening, you can hear a good song. It was a great place to stay for the price!
