Situated right in the centre of the Milton township and easy walking of restaurants and shopping .Great beaches and walks to discover are only a 10 min drive .Please note that the walkway is a little uneven and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. On the top floor (2nd floor) the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . There is a BBQ on the balcony and a larger communal BBQ by the tennis court.
