We've had some wonderful days in the Kompass. Everything met expectations, and Kristian was very quick to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend others to book a stay in the Kompass 👏 Small note for dog owners: only some of the garden is fenced.

We had some super cozy days in Karin's house. We were very well received, and the small bumps we had on the road were taken care of immediately. The house has a really nice terrace, which we used a lot, and we enjoyed the fact that there was a wilderness bath. It was luxury for both young and old.

We had a wonderful time in mid-April at Bitten's vacation home! The cottage is located in a vacation home settlement, the property is surrounded on all sides by a densely overgrown hedge, so that you have a pleasant privacy. We were very impressed with the amenities! From all kinds of kitchen utensils to barbecue lighters, matches, board games - you didn't have to bring anything :) We would take a vacation at Bitten's again any time!

If you're looking for place to relax and unwind, this is it. Yes, it's outside of civilization, but worth it. The cottage is constantly being improved, the equipment is better than in the photos :)

We had a very nice stay at Emil's. Check-in and communication were very straightforward. Everything exactly as described. It is a nice, quiet place to relax. Legoland was a short drive away. We'll be happy to come back.

House in a beautiful style with wonderful paintings. There is everything you need for cooking and living like at home. 5 stars are not enough to convey our assessment😊

We stayed in Henrik's thatched house for the second time and had another very relaxing week. The house has a wonderful atmosphere, very comfortably furnished. Good armchairs, sofa and lamps for reading. Two terraces, one of which is covered and sheltered from the wind overlooking the dunes. Huge property, totally quiet. A stone's throw to the endless natural beach. Perfect for humans and dogs to relax and recharge. Henrik is a very good host, responds promptly and takes care of things. Thanks for fresh flowers, cold drinks in the fridge and a house where you can just feel comfortable. Best recommendation!

Nice place to stay for a few days, the area is lovely and easy to get to Aalborg and other places.

We had a single night's stay with Steen. Was well received and enjoyed the experience by the lake, as expected. We fished, grilled and enjoyed the day's outdoor shower, with the most beautiful view. We got what we expected and would love to come back again. Top recommendations from here.

We enjoyed our long weekend here. The house is beautifully situated between the fjord and the North Sea and you can walk there for hours or sit by the water. The furnishings and decor of the house are special and fit together perfectly and invite you to linger. Especially the conservatory with the old vineyard has captivated us. It was just fantastic and I'm sure we'll be back.

Super easy check-in and a very welcoming host. We felt very at home and had it all to ourselves. Highly recommended if you visit Thy for a few days.

We had a nice time and felt very comfortable in the house. The garden and Duplobank are great for kids. Givskud and Legoland can be reached quickly, and a short walk with a break in the pancake house (there is an indoor playground here) around the lake is worthwhile.

The house offers an unobstructed view of fields, meadows and the Limfjord. A beautiful beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the North Sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The house is cozy and well equipped, nothing is missing, even a small sauna is in it. There are three terraces in the garden. We particularly liked the proximity to the Thy National Park, which can be explored on foot or by bike. We can fully recommend this cottage and will be happy to come back ourselves. Nice holiday house in isolated neighborhood. Good for relaxing with small kids. Need car for groceries, but towns are close. Beach at 20 min nice walk. Hosts very helpful.

Great place in a great location, it was perfect for us and our two kids! Marianne and Poul are great hosts!
