The capacity is 8 persons, with the possibility of 2 additional places (big double sofa in the living-room).The house is fully equiped for short-time and long-time staying. Outside there are different types of attractions both for children and adults, such as: hammocks, BBQ stuff, children`s slide, trampoline, ski-lift, table-tennis, sauna etc.

We offer you a wonderful wooden cottage with all facilities in the famous ski resort of Oryavchik-Sveniv. Large area and terrace with grill. The guest house is located near the forest, 4 km from the spouts of the Rives. The Oryavchik River flows through the territory of the plot. The rooms overlook the river, the old 18th-century bell tower and the surrounding mountains.
