Well maintained property and a beautiful stay.

The places is close to main road. It has a private garden which is just so pleasant to the mangalore weather. Garden outside and on the top floor it was great and well maintained. Host was extremely responsive and we did not face any irregularities at all during our check in and check out process. We stayed for 2 nights, it felt like home. The place is great. Especially the garden made me feel like our home.

Lovely location for the beach house, host made sure we had everything we needed and allowed a flexible checkin and checkout option. Bathrooms and kitchen could have been bigger but we managed alright with all facilities as advertised.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property -Malpe Guest house in Udupi. The location was perfect—peaceful, close to Malpe Beach, and just a short drive to the famous Sri Krishna Mandir. You ll be greeted with Peacocks in the house surroundings. The host- Varun was incredibly warm and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The home was spotlessly clean, well-ventilated, and thoughtfully furnished with all modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedding. I especially loved the elevated view—lush greenery and a gentle sea breeze made mornings here so relaxing. If you're looking for a quiet, homely space with easy access to temples, beaches, and local eateries, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended for families, solo travelers, or couples looking for a peaceful getaway in coastal Karnata udupi

White noise is a Beautiful and peaceful beach house. Communicating with Mehaal was easy . Caretaker Sachin was available all the time . Dinner from a local restaurant was easy to order . Special brownie points for the wonderful tulunadu breakfast. A bedroom on the ground floor makes it easy for the senior citizens.Bath rooms and bed linens were clean . Can’t miss the majestic horse and peacocks roaming freely in the property . Overall ours was a pleasant and a happy stay .😊😊 I would highly recommend this beautiful place for friends or family outings .

This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

The place was well maintained and neat. it was very homely and the table was set up well and ready for dinner, as we checked at about 7pm. Prathiksha and Mallika were very courteous and relatively easy to get in touch with for any small requests. All in all it was a neat and nice little weekend getaway.

We had a lovely stay over the weekend at Shettys river view farm. Although not directly on the river it’s just a few steps away from a rustic bridge from where we spent the full moon night looking at the river. The house is equipped with everything our large party needed to stay including lots of beddings, toileteries and other amenities. But, Besides all that, the star and highlight of our stay were the kind and ever smiling caretakers especially Jyothiakka. The place is maintained immaculately by them. She took care of every single need of ours ensuring that we have a memorable stay. The food her and husband made for us was fantastic. They are the real stars of this home stay and I would go back just for them. Thank you Jyothi and Sukesh!

I really had a great weekend here with my family It was a spacious and clean house which met my expectations There is lots of space outside the home like a garden where you can play games like badminton other games or have a barbeque night and I had problems in geyser where the hot water was not available but the caretaker took care of that and provided us the hot water and the host proactively solved the issue once informed and have one suggestion to keep some extra beds so the house can accommodate more people.

Nice place to stay for family. Apartment is spacious and well maintained. Host and local watchman are friendly and available. Overall we had a great experience.

The host and his parents were really friendly and helpful. Our train got cancelled and they allowed us to stay till late even after check-out time. Owner’s parents helped us arranging cab for us at night. They were very quick to respond and ready to help at any time whenever we needed help. The property is at good location, 1 minute walking distance from Malpe beach. It was clean with all the amenities available. We had a great experience there and would recommend for people looking for peaceful had hassle free stay.

This beachfront stay was perfect with a great host Sumanth. The direct beach view was breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset was incredible.
