The cabin

The cabin is located in our huge yard in the pastoral Ramat Poleg neighborhood. The neighborhood is located within 15 minutes walking distance to Poleg Beach and Ir Yamim Mall. The yard is shared by the villa, but there is privacy for the guests of the cabin. The entrance to the courtyard is through an outdoor passageway, separate from the villa. Cabin size 15 m2. Please note! The bathroom and toilet are exterior and are separate from and adjacent to the cabin. The bathroom and toilet are private for the use of the cabin guests, but in order to use it you have to leave the cabin and enter the bathroom. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to stay, enjoy, vacation or work :)

The apartment is a spacious and pleasant suite with a private balcony facing the sea, and just a few steps away from a well-kept bathing beach The apartment has a work area with a desk and computer chair, Smart TV, and there is also excellent Wi-Fi at no extra charge. *The suite is also suitable for bridal preparations and has all the necessary equipment.

This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.
