The house will be completely yours, our detached house with a garden in the center of Cappadocia awaits you for a comfortable and safe vacation. Our house has 4 rooms and 1 living room and will be allocated only to our guests during their stay. You can spend a peaceful time with small animals in the garden of our house and benefit from fresh vegetables and fruits in our garden. It is equidistant from the historical places in the region and offers you opportunities such as Balloon Tour, ATV tour, Horse safari and Jeep safari, Turkish night.

Taş özellikli kışın sıcak ve yazın serin olan tertemiz bir ortamda, huzur içerisinde konaklayabilirsiniz. Otel Kapadokya’nın merkezi Uçhisar’da bulunmakta. Göremeye araç ile 5 dakika, Avanos ve ürgüpe 15 dakika uzaklıkta. Şehir merkezine 10 dakika uzaklıkta. Otelimiz Uçhisar kalesi ve Güvercinlik vadisine araç ile 3 dakika uzaklıkta. Otobüs durakları yürüyerek 5 dakika uzaklıkta, marketler bir üst sokakta. Temizlik en önemli kuralımızdır. Odada sigara içilmez. Mutfak buzdolabı ve kahvaltı yoktur

Güvercinlik Vadisi’ne bakan manzarasıyla evimiz, Uçhisar Kalesi’nin hemen yanında yer alıyor. Gün doğumunda terasımızdan balonların süzülüşünü izleyebilirsiniz. Evimizde 2 ayrı yatak odası, şömine keyfi yapabileceğiniz bir yaşam alanı ve barbekülü & vadi manzaralı teras bulunuyor. Geniş aileler için ideal olan evimizde rahat edecek, şömine başında huzurlu anların tadını çıkaracaksınız. Simple House, Kapadokya’da hem konforu hem de bölgenin büyüsünü bir arada arayanlar için mükemmel bir seçenek.

Inspired by a love for Turkish styling and the ease of modern design, our upper stone apartment is light and airy with juliette balcony, queen sized ensuite bedroom, spacious lounge with statement accents, plus fold out couch, and a super comfy day/single bed ideal for relaxing amongst the kilim pillows. Upstairs is a fully self contained kitchen/dinning area, extra toilet and a sundrenched terrace. Perfect for outdoor dining & soaking up the village atmosphere after enjoying Cappadocia.

There are 3 rooms where one of them is an original cave from hundreds of years. There is a cover over the bed but as it is original small sand might drip a little. It has a facinating balcony. There is wifi in the house (as it is a valley area and cave house, it might night work in every room)
