It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

It has 3 bedrooms (2 SUITES) on the ground floor ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING, a kitchen integrated into the dining room and a gourmet space with a BARBECUE GRILL. The POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates a living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet.
