Enjoy a stay with the whole family in this idyllic place in the countryside. The amazing views from nice outdoor areas - preferably around the fire pit - give peace of mind. For the more active, the area offers many nice hiking opportunities and other activities. The house is also a good starting point for nice excursions to Hardangerfjorden. For the little ones there is also a separate playroom with a climbing wall. The house is easily accessible by car. It is also easy to reach the house by speedboat from Bergen/Rosendal.

In the rose garden you can lean back and enjoy the wonderful scent of roses. The property, called Ekelund, is located on the beautiful island of Tysnes in Sunnhordland, only 45 minutes by car and 35 minutes by ferry from Flesland (Bergen 50-60 min).

Alone In The Woods With Your Own River Nearby

The house off the beaten track. If you want be totally alone in the woods in a house steeped in history, this is the place. Most of the inventory is historically and intact. A mini museum. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Two full bathrooms and four bedrooms that sleeps 9 persons. 2 livingrooms, one of them overlooking a beautiful fjord and mountains. Quiet area with good hiking and fishing possibilities. There is a big terrace were you can enjoy the sun, barbecue and enjoy evening sun. The cabin is located 30 minutes from Våge, Tysnes, 1,5 hours driving from Bergen and 10 minutes from a boat that goes to and from the Airport.
