Huge front yard, nice wrap around deck & balcony, wood stove, fire pit, frisbee golf basket, giant jenga, hammock chair, hook and ring game, easy parking, and great layout for family fun. Close to Garibaldi Bay for fishing, crabbing, and clamming!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! The views from the kitchen were beautiful. They had a fire pit and few other things which were great! The hosts were also good with communication. I would definitely love to stay here again!

The beach area features soft, golden sand leading towards gentle waves. A small stream runs through the sand toward the ocean. The sky is partly cloudy with shades of blue and gray, while distant rain can be observed over the water.

Refreshed Luxury 2 BDRM Condo across from Beach!

This location was perfect for our needs. It was a stones throw away from the beach and if you sit in the chair in the corner of the living room, you can see the ocean/waves through the window. Better yet, crack the window a little and you can hear the waves. Brian was incredibly responsive to every question I had. My flight came in late on the day we were to check in and Brian made it a point to be available to guide my needs. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. On the date of departure, I found that my flight(s) home were questionable due to winter weather. Brian was quick to accommodate my needs while I explored all my options to safely arrive home. The added compassion that I received based on my unique experience spoke volumes. I look forward to visiting Rockaway Beach again in the future and I will most definitely stay at one of Brian's locations.

The Sand Dollar Beach House (2 min walk to beach)

The Sand Dollar is a great place to stay. It's right across the road from the ocean. The road noise can be a bit loud, but it's more like white noise, and Sally provides earplugs. The kitchen is well stocked, and she also provides great toiletries. This part of Rockaway Beach is very close for walking to the water as well as bars, restaurants, and shops. I would stay here again.

This property is truly stunning. The pictures genuinely do not do it justice. The view is absolutely phenomenal, especially at sunset. It is also less than 2 minutes from the beach and such an easy walk. The place was clean and spacious. The master bedroom is stunning and the chairs on the main balcony are a lovely touch. 10 of us stayed at this Airbnb and it truly wasn’t too crowded and with the couches it slept everyone easily. I would absolutely stay here again. Phillip was also incredibly communicative. The rules for our stay were clear, and he provided a wonderful checkout checklist. The dryer was broken for our stay and he let us know ahead of time and gave us a small refund. I cannot recommend this place enough.
