The Black Cuckoo Family Unit

This marvelous home features a nature-inspired aesthetic that uses leafy patterns and pops of color to complement the light wood fixtures. Cook with local ingredients in the expansive kitchen and head outside to enjoy the beautiful backyard. This house is on ground level and part of a second story building. The entire ground level with gardens and private covered parking and entrance is all dedicated to yourselves. Specialty factor of this place is the absolute silence which is broken early morning and evening by the call of the "Black Cuckoo" which is rare to find. Bird specimens are flourishing here. The Southern Boubou is always there to entertain you. Rock Hyrax can be viewed as they are situated on the border of our property, and you might spot the early mornings in the garden. This unit has its own entrance and is totally private. Its on the ground level of a second story unit, with beautiful laws, perfect for children to play on. House Rules: No smoking inside premises No loud music or party's allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and would like to keep this the way it is. No pets allowed Persons under the age of 2 years stay for free. We can provide you with a baby cot upon request. The home is situated on the hills of Renosterkop, surrounded by nature such as the rock hyrax and black cuckoo. Head to the center Pretoria and experience the city's exquisite restaurants, boutique shops, vibrant nightlife. Uber/Uber eats is well know and very effective in this area There is a gas braai/barbecue for those lovely evenings to enjoy a sun dower while having a braai.
