Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

NOT child or infant suitable. Set back from the street up a long driveway, no parking onsite so this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or the elderly. Free on-street parking. 2 small friendly dogs onsite.

We are the best positioned unit in our block with views straight over the ocean! We own and operate art workshops and retreats so we filled our little unit with art. Every inch of the unit has been updated & filled with the artworks of our local artisans right down to the ceramics, but please note that this building itself is an original 1965 unit building and the external areas are in need of updating!

Our stay at this Airbnb was wonderful, thanks to our amazing host! They were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. As parents, we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having breakfast cereal available for our kids—it made our mornings so much easier! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers, especially families. Thanks for such a great experience!

Loved our private studio, comfortable and plenty of space for two people. Wi-Fi was spotty, pipes were sometimes audible, and the walk from the beach was as expected (a bit long but doable). Despite any challenges it was a great value option for a longer stay near Coolangatta Beach, and I’d stay there again. The hosts were friendly and responsive.

A seaside view is framed by a charming wooden gazebo, featuring open arches and a spacious deck. Gentle waves can be seen lapping at the sandy beach, with crystal-clear blue waters extending to the horizon under a bright blue sky.

Jean was a great host! Very proactive in communication and the place was clean and tidy. Great little touches like a bottle of wine in the fridge Enjoyable stay!

This was just a wonderful, relaxing place to stay with fantastic views. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was really thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to self cater, the beds were really comfortable and the host was responsive, friendly and very helpful. Great location and easy to walk everywhere.

We had an absolutely lovely time, the house was beautiful, very spacious and everything we needed, plenty of space for the kids and great kitchen, dining and lounge area to all be together. Incredible views and very quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean! The kids loved feeding the fish! Matt was a wonderful host!
