Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Bed space for 3 but can have a substrate for 1 extra if desired .Fine small aluminum rowing boat is located clear down by the water . If a boat is to be used, you must bring your own life jacket. Camping shower is hanging up by the cabin so it is possible to have a simple sink. The cabin is about 5-7 minutes away from the weekends
