Beautiful riverside apartment with fantastic views

The top floor apartment (there are two further apartments in this 3 storey building) is a large one bedroomed apartment with a large sitting area. There is a separate lobby at entrance and a large balcony off the sitting room. There is a separate bathroom off the bedroom and a small but complete kitchen. There are fans in the bedroom and sitting room and along with air conditioning and air cooler. The apartment has wifi and good cellular reception. There is a shared security guard over night.

A modern kitchen island is showcased, featuring a fruit bowl with assorted apples and oranges. Two elegantly set places include white dinnerware and glassware, complemented by a pitcher. Soft lighting highlights the sleek cabinetry in the background, creating a welcoming dining space.
