Tranquil 2 bedroom, 1 bath A-frame cabin on a private 18 acre lake in Cottondale, AL. The cabin is located 300 feet away from the primary residence so it is a private location. Just 20 minutes from The University of Alabama and Bryant-Denny Stadium. Open living area on main floor opens to a large deck with scenic view of the lake. One bedroom upstairs, and one bedroom downstairs, both with queen beds. Full bathroom is located downstairs. Grab a fishing pole and enjoy a quiet getaway!

From the moment we arrived we felt like home. The house was pristine, very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathroom are spacious, well designed and thoughtfully appointed. Great location to get away, only 20 from Downtown Tuscaloosa. Will definitely rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean and beds were cozy. We loved the view of the water from the deck and also the sunsets from the dock. We also had great communication with the host, Stanley. And the later checkout time (noon) was super helpful!

My ball team recently had the pleasure of staying at Catherine’s Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless, with Catherine providing clear instructions and being available for any questions I had. The location was fantastic and easy to get to. The space itself was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The decor was charming and perfectly captured the essence of the farm. I particularly enjoyed the wrap around porch and fire pit area beside the pond. One of the highlights was the hospitality shown by the hosts. They were incredibly helpful with a flat tire we had and it was clear that they genuinely cared about ensuring we had a wonderful experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! If you're looking for a cozy and inviting place to stay, along with a fantastic host, this place is perfect!

We loved the place! Everything was as described and Jan was very responsive to my questions. We were only in the house for a few days but would love to come back sometime for a longer stay. I have zero complaints and recommend staying here when visiting the area.

Pippi was a fabulous host and answered all our questions about the area and Bama game day parking. This beautifully remodeled home is on a pristine lake, 25 min from University of AL. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all the modern amenities you could need. One of the highlights for us was waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views over the lake each morning – truly a sight to behold! The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with the serene lake providing a calming backdrop. However, when we were sitting outside on the deck we did notice some noise from the nearby bridge, as there is frequent traffic passing over it. While it didn’t significantly detract from our overall experience, it’s something to be aware of if you’re particularly sensitive to noise. Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay with stunning views and modern comforts.

Peaceful Lake Access

We loved staying here for Bama parents weekend. Only 12 minutes away and easy drive to campus. Also loved the quiet setting and seeing deer. The place was super clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
