The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Turkey Beach House

Our holiday rental located in Turkey Beach is part of a quiet community, that is both family and pet friendly. Less than an hour’s drive from Gladstone it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a great little beach with a safe swimming enclosure, a boat ramp less than 2 km from the house, and has a small general store. Creek and estuary fishing is located close by and there is also easy access to the Barrier Reef & ‘Bunker Group’ for awesome fishing, diving, and boating.

This converted shed is completely self sufficient; still offers the modern creature comforts, but living 100% off grid. “Heaven on the hill” Summerhouse is located on the Discovery Coast, within 500 klms of Brisbane and only 80 minutes from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. "The Billabong"

Mac,and Gaynor , invite you to stay at the cabin overlooking the "Billabong" in our private bush acreage. You can meet our resident families of kangaroos and wallabys, also all the birds. Relax on the deck while you plan your next adventure. For you boaties, we have a parking area for your trailer boat, and a few hot offshore marks. the Billabong has a dog friendly area. The Billabong is not suitable for infants, toddlers or children.

Huddos Place.

Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.

The Crab Shack

The Crab Shack is a peaceful place to stay where you can relax and enjoy the surrounds, fishing and crabbing. Walk to the beach through the bush track and a short drive to the boat ramp. The town has a park for the kids and a dedicated swimming enclosure. If you are a keen fisher person you can enjoy crabbing, estuary fishing or venture to the great barrier reef. It is also a beautiful place to just sit relax and read a book.

‘Captain’s Cabin’ – Off the Grid

This is your complete reset. A rustic A-frame tucked into the Queensland countryside — grasslands, gum trees, big skies — far enough from everything to feel genuinely away, close enough to Agnes Water and the southern Great Barrier Reef if you want a reason to leave (you probably won't). Soak in a claw foot bath. Cook outside. Fall asleep to silence. Bring the dog. It's a simple formula. It works every time.

We offer a unique accommodation experience by inviting you to stay on a comfortable sailing boat, overlooking our beautiful pristine billabong on our 40 acre property. You'll have exclusive command of the ship as well as your own private dining, bathroom and entertaining areas. The billabong is close by too should you wish for a cooling dip.
