WITH GARAGE. Entrance through the garden, with privacy. An extra fee of R$ 15.00 per wash is charged for access to the washing machine if the guest wants to wash their personal clothes. Available only for female guests, as the other guests in the house are female. The bathroom and kitchen are shared among the ladies. Excellent location with supermarkets, a gas station, general stores, a gym, and close to UNESP. Bed linens and bath towels will be charged separately based on the length of stay at the accommodation. Please check the prices or bring your own bed and bath linens if you prefer. I live on the property, in the front house. I have a lot of plants and a small dog.
