Monthly Rentals in Tumbaco

Andre's place was the best place we stayed in Cumbaya/Tumbaco area, and we stayed in many over the last couple weeks. The pictures don't show just quite how good it is, so to clarify yes it is a 1-bedroom apartment, and there's one big comfy bed + a American-style recliner that's very comfy, and the bathroom has a proper shower with hot water from a proper shower-head. I say this as some Airbnbs in the area have a 'suicide-shower' with exposed wires, this one doesn't have that - it's a proper shower that's safe and gets quite warm-to-hot. Kitchen has everything you need, including steel pots and non-stick pans (both), and the sink even has hot water! Very comfortable to cook at and eat. Outside there's tons of lemon trees which the host gave us some lemons from, which were very good - and the host family is very nice and kind, and has a nice golden retriever dog who's adorable. Lastly, it's very quiet at night and during day. We'll definitely stay again when we visit Quito again.

Alejandrina’s place is extraordinary, everything is very high quality and well put together, and alejandrina herself met us for check-in and showed us around the beautiful orchids in the backyard, and gave us some fruits from it to try, and we left feeling like we met a new friend. The room itself is exactly as pictured and everything worked well, the studio is equipped with two very good steel pots and a stove, maybe another pot/pan but I only care for steel so didn’t take note. The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve laid in, like a 5-star hotel bed, extraordinarily comfortable. Plush yet supportive, not too soft, nor hard. I took a picture of the brand with plans to buy the same bed in Ecuador in the future.

Very good communication. Excellent suites. The ideal location for those who want to be close to the airport.

An excellent place to rest! Nature at its best, large gardens and fruit trees for morning walks. The house is very cozy and has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The owners of the place are very friendly, they are always attentive to the needs of the guests! Highly recommended
