The apartment is very nice and well located, Felipe is very friendly and responds quite quickly, it is a very good accommodation option.

We loved the location as we had an event at the ARENA CDMX, which we could walk to. The apartment is practically new and clean, very well equipped for a comfortable stay, and the hosts are very accessible, punctual and friendly It was a great choice to stay there and we will do it again.

Everything was great with the place and its facilities! Highly recommended and we would definitely come back!

The apartment is very nice, spacious, modern, clean, nice and modern bedding and furniture too, very quiet street and very safe facilities. It is in the best Ojo de Agua area. Osvaldo is very attentive, friendly and immediately resolves anything you need, a super host, widely recommended.

Our stay was quiet, the place is comfortable. It is located in an area accessible to various commercial places and not far from places of interest.

Have stayed there multiple times. Great stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent location of the apartment and Rafael was always aware of any problem what we had with the accommodation

We hadn't realized. that there was a st 66. and also a st 66A. This caused us a bit of consternation But once located it was very good.. She had someone waiting for us and. handed us the key. Having the off the street parking. was also a wonderful plus. there was plenty of hot water in the shower.

Everything was excellent, the location was super close to metro line 6 and therefore very close to the CDMX Arena which was our main destination, cleanliness, apartment that had absolutely nothing missing, there was a problem with the WiFi and he solved it immediately, she was always attentive to our questions, she solved them as soon as possible and even helped us get transportation the day we left since we had to be really early at the Airport, everything was perfect, I would definitely rent the same place again.

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

Very good location, and very safe building

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

We had a great stay here! The place is very affordable and perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable, no-frills spot while traveling. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water, which was a huge plus. The small kitchen had all the essentials we needed to prepare simple, healthy meals. There’s a shopping center just a 5-minute drive away with lots of stores and dining options, which was super convenient. Security was friendly and helpful—we felt completely safe the entire time. Overall, a solid choice for a budget-friendly, practical stay!

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!
