We are absolutely delighted with this accommodation. Tereza was there immediately when we parked the car and took us into the apartment. So beautifully decorated and cozy - like home! The apartment was lacking in nothing and is equipped with many small, lovingly selected details. Better than any hotel! There was even a small shampoo for everyone and toiletries to use in the bathroom. In the kitchen there were several teas, coffee, various sugar, honey... just incredible how much Tereza goes out of her way to make the stay perfect. It was also very clean and looked new. We had a very good feeling all around and would be happy to come back next time we travel through the Czech Republic. Thank you for a great stay, dear Tereza!

Very clean and cozy apartment, everything was as depicted in the images. There are 4 apartments in the house, the outdoor areas is shared with the guests of the other apartments. Communication with the host, Tereza, was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I can highly recommend this accommodation for people looking for a quiet place.

We found a lovingly furnished apartment. The connection was perfect and there is a parking space at the house. The kitchen and bathroom were fully furnished. In case of problems, the hostess was immediately available. Thank you very much!

The place is in very good condition and newly furnished. We got a basic supply of tea, coffee and even wine! Only the communication with the person on site was only possible in Czech, which none of us spoke - but we still managed everything well, the person was very nice. It is also great that you can ski directly from the ski slope to the apartment. In order to get to the large ski area, however, you have to take the bus in the morning, which also works well.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The views from the window were absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the sight of nature and the sound of birds singing was pure bliss. The apartment felt very cozy and peaceful, creating a perfect atmosphere for rest and relaxation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided. The host was very welcoming and showed great flexibility with the check-in, which made everything even more comfortable. My aesthetic soul was truly pleased with the beautiful decor and the tasteful details that created a sense of harmony and comfort. If I had to mention a very tiny downside, it would be the shower - it was a little tricky to use without splashing water around. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return.

This is our third time in this apartment. And certainly not the last. The apartment is small, but in winter you don't go to the mountains to sit in the apartment. The location allows you to use your car for the duration of your stay, and you can ski directly on and off the slopes:-).

Great for ski trips with 5-6 people in Spindleruv Mlyn, you can reach the lift in 15 mins by car. Great communication, flexible check in and out, clean and cozy apartment. Only improvement could be some shower curtains, we often flooded the bathroom floor. Only a very small inconvenience in regards to otherwise very nice flat tho. Will definitely come again!

We decided to stay overnight in order to go to Adršpach. When I looked for a place to stay, the host immediately helped me. I was able to stay in a very homely Czech style house. On that day, the hosts were enjoying a BBQ, and I was invited to join them, which turned out to be a great feast. It was an unforgettable memory of Czech Republic.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, suitable for longer stays. We were there for four days with a one-year-old child, a travel cot is available in the apartment or at the reception. The apartment is located outside the center of Pec, but within walking distance. Communication with the owner and the administrator without any problems, we can recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay, we had a great time. The place is clean, tidy, and has everything you need, and above all, it's warm, which is important on winter days. The only downside is the understatement on airbnb, because the sauna and hot tub are not exclusive, you just have to book the hours where it will be available, otherwise other guests may show up, and such a reservation is only free once for the entire stay (at least we had it for the weekend). I still highly recommend the apartments, I would love to come back! Thank you for your great hospitality and beautiful memories ;)

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended
