Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Trung Hòa Nhân Chính, Trung Hoà

Not the kind of place for large heavy luggage or people with knee/back injuries - the stair cases are steep and tricky to navigate if so. I travelled with one 7 kilo backpack which was perfect. This is One of my Favourite Airbnbs in the world! Light, minimalist, everything you need, safe for single female (just lock the gate in front of your door before you sleep) and relatively private. I went to Laika cafe around the corner every day for the best salted ice coffee and ate from local shops around the area which were great. Walking distance to the lake, water puppet theatre, French and old quarters and is quiet most nights with a few bars across the road and proximity to jazz clubs. I loved sitting out on the balcony eating cold seasonal fruits and writing while watching the traffic go by. I bought extra tea and snacks but there were cookies and ice tea sachets in the room. 7-11 is close by. Organised airport pick up with host which went smoothly. I would stay here again!

It was very close to Miding Street, and there were a variety of restaurants in the building, which was nice. Towels were provided in sufficient quantities, and the facilities were excellent. I was given friendly and detailed guidance, so there was no inconvenience at all.

The studio has an amazing view of the west lake. The room has great amenities and is spotless clean. Duy is a very nice and responsive host

The place is just awesome and the host is so much helpful that from early check in request to late checkout request and post checkout help in getting my luggage stored for my convenience is so much appreciated. Highly recommended!

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb—and we absolutely loved it. Van Anh was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The cosy apartment was beautifully decorated, with soft pastel-colored paintings adding a warm, inviting touch to the walls. The view from the balcony was simply priceless. Anytime we needed assistance, Van Anh responded promptly and graciously. She even went out of her way to help us store our excess luggage while we travelled to Sapa. We’ll always remember our stay at Van Anh’s place with great fondness.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything was spotless and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Nice quiet place to stay that is relatively near old quarter via car. Lots of amenities and the place is clean with working air conditioning. There is nth much in the surrounding area but it is not a big problem if you are spending most of ur time in old quarter.

We had an amazing 7-night stay at Tea’s lovely Airbnb right in the heart of Hoàn Kiếm! The space was exactly as pictured bright, clean, and comfortable. Fresh bed sheets, new towels, and cold, strong AC made it perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The laundry facilities were a big plus, especially for our extended stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the entire apartment had a welcoming and peaceful vibe. The location is unbeatable just a short walk to delicious food spots, the vibrant night market, and Beer Street. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep. Tea was a wonderful host, and her co-host Ryan was also super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Together, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt right at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Could not say anything better about my experience with this host. Extremely responsive and accommodating with our early check-in. In terms of the apartment, location was great, very clean, and good for larger groups.

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

Great location for walking, quiet bedrooms with good air conditioning. Unique rooms (former boarding house?). Shared bathrooms between each of two bedrooms but not a problem for us. Nice shared space with lots of fans (necessary because air conditioning was just in the bedrooms). Communication was superb and Edric was a wonderful host.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and communication with was excellent. Site located to some sort of military area so very protected and safe. Gorgeous view to colonial house. Super quiet as well so can sleep peacefully. Highly recommend!

Đây là lần thứ 2 mình ở với Lubi. Mình vẫn rất hài lòng 🤗 Studio rất rộng rãi! Mọi thứ đều hoạt động rất tốt. Trong nhà tắm có sẵn bàn chải, kem đánh răng, tăm bông và tất nhiên là khăn tắm cho khách. Về phần vệ sinh : có 1 vài ngăn tủ mình thấy hơi bụi nên ko sử dụng ; tủ lạnh có mùi sầu riêng hơi nặng, mình nghĩ là nên để 1 viên khử mùi trong tủ. Nhìn chung thì studio vẫn sạch sẽ nha. Vị trí của Lubi cực kỳ thuận tiện, chỉ cần đi bộ tầm 10' là đã đến hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Khu vực của Lubi khá yên tĩnh, không ồn ào như phu phố cổ. Đường trước nhà rất rộng rãi, dễ dàng đón taxi. Quá trình check in và check out rất dễ dàng. Châu gần như luôn luôn online và sẵn sàng giúp đỡ qua điện thoại (WA). Thậm chí khi mình hỏi thông tin để thuê xe đi du lịch Ninh Bình hay Cúc Phương thì Châu cũng trả lời ngay lập tức luôn 🥰 Mình đã để lại hành lý ngày cuối cùng ở tầng trệt để đi thăm Hà Nội trước khi lên máy bay. Rất cảm ơn chủ nhà Châu vì tất cả ❤️

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

It is a cozy place located on a high floor. It was very comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.
