The place is quite spacious and beautiful. The perfect rooms with desks and ropers. Also the amount of beds needed for all of us to be comfortable. 🙌🏼

Very good host and accommodation

Once again I chose one of the apartments that Jorge rents and this time I liked the location much more, because it was well laid out and close to the beach. Jorge is a friendly and attentive host to resolve any concerns that arise along the way, as well as flexible in terms of check-in and check-out times, considering that we travel with a baby that is very important to us. We hope to come back soon!

The room I stayed in was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and warmth by the lovely lady in the house. The room itself was very comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean. I loved the attention to detail that had been put into the decor and design which gave it a modern and welcoming feel. The location was convenient and quiet. In short, I would recommend this Airbnb room to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and personal stay.

I had the most incredible 6 week stay here! I have stayed in many airbnbs and never felt so at home. It's only the 3 apartments, and it feels like staying with a local family. Jose Ignacio and his mother are the sweetest and kindest people and I loved living here. He is an amazing cook and even shared some delicious meals with me! The apartment is even nicer than the photos, so large and spacious. The yard is so nice and the wifi works everywhere so I was able to work outside and sit by the pool. It was a perfect remote work location with a view of the ocean. I was there in summer and was fine without AC, I left the windows open and the breeze is so nice. You are right on the beach and in the middle of nature so dirt/sand blows in and there are some ants, just keep clean and don't drop crumbs and they are small and don't bother you. It's a little bit of a walk from the centre of town but I love the privacy and unblocked view of the ocean. I can't wait to return to my Huanchaco home!

The place is super quiet and cool, an excellent view from your balcony . Everything was impeccable, the only thing is that it didn't have wifi. Young Paul was very friendly and always attentive if I needed anything . 😊✨

I spent a month in Julio's apartment & loved it. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. As a digital nomad, the apt was ideal. Strong internet, a nice kitchen, and a large, comfortable space. The workout equipment is a great bonus. Washer worked great. Internet/WiFi Speeds: Super fast; over 500d/600u on VPN Workspace: Nice desk w/ very comfy office chair Bed: very comfortable, slept well Kitchen: Great kitchen w/ good cookware, appliances, & utensils Water: pressure is OK, temp is steady Food/grocery: restaurants/supermarkets within 5-15min walk (bodegas across the street) Neighborhood: Loved it - relaxed, walkable, easy to get to the center (Uber was always quick to pick-up), a few blocks from Ave Larco for tons of restaurants/shopping. Julio was great at communicating from afar (he was out of the country) and when I had a plumbing issue (resolved as quick as is possible in Peru). Very well stocked with toiletries, detergent, & little household things for a comfy stay.

The host was very friendly, always attentive and very practical. The atmosphere is tidy, good layout, excellent for sharing as a couple. The area is quiet, peaceful, with a very large park nearby. Highly recommended.

This was the second time I stayed in the apartment and, like the first time, the experience was excellent. The attention received was very friendly and efficient, and the place has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would definitely be staying here again on future occasions. We found the Dept. super clean, cozy, very quiet, safe and easy access area to the center of Trujillo, I went with my two nephews and two elderly adults, the comfortable beds, Elizabeth and her co-host very attentive upon our arrival, Thank you for your hospitality , we felt right at home, !!We'll be back soon!! 🤗

Mrs. Bertha and her husband were very kind, I stayed with my daughter and the place is very comfortable and cozy. They have additional touches that they do, such as chocolate and welcome water, it has shampoo and soap with its bottles with name, Netflix account on TV. They were flexible with my departure and when I left they had a gift for us. I recommend it without a doubt, and if I return, I would choose them again without hesitation.
