I’ve just returned from an amazing stay in Mauritius. The accommodation was perfect. Private, peaceful and beautifully decorated. The host was very good with communication and sent co-ordinates to the address. Sheila, the housekeeper was there to welcome us and made our stay even more enjoyable. Sheila cooked us a traditional Mauritian meal one evening which was delicious. The house and pool were spectacular and a good base to explore the north and west coast of Mauritius. I hope to return again and if I do I shall be asking to book the house again.

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

Great place to stay, 100% Recommendation. Everything is as described and in good condition. We stayed with Infants and they also liked it and had fun with the toys, sandbox and pool. Perfect spot to explore the West and Southwest. Sophie and Valérie are very helpful and friendly in Communication. You ll not regret to stay here. Best wishes.

We had a dreamy week at this beautiful home with a breathtaking view. The house is carefully decorated and comfortable and bright. The pool is amazing! We loved it! And the owner is very responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.

Imagine yourself on a comfortable sofa on a huge veranda surrounded by tropical vegetation. Nearby is a blue clean pool with crystal clear water. There is silence and peace all around (except for a little lizard and birds singing). In the evening, all this is illuminated, as in a fairy tale. The veranda is the heart of a cozy house - it is good to have breakfast in the morning and read quietly in the evening. The house is beautiful - small and cozy. There is everything you need. The hostess (Julie) is very hospitable and friendly. And yes, it is very desirable, almost vital to rent a car in Mauritius.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Florian, the host, is incredibly helpful and always helpful – he gives great tips and is always available if you need anything. The apartment is part of a small complex with three residential units and has a shared kitchen, a pool, and a beautiful shared terrace where you can relax wonderfully. It’s the perfect base for exploring the island. However, a car is recommended as the location is a bit remote!We initially used the public bus, which worked well, but then decided to use a car to be more flexible. A special highlight is the lovely cook, who prepares really delicious food on pre-order and brings it directly to the villa - a great service! In addition, cleaning and laundry are done once a week, which provides additional comfort. Overall, highly recommended 😍

The small cottage of Jf and Kareen more than convinced us with its very own charm, a great layout and its optimal location. It was clean, neat and lovingly furnished. The hosts didn't promise too much, were themselves very friendly, courteous and always available for questions. Would recommend this place with a clear conscience at any time 😊

The location is stunning and the accommodation extremely functional as well as comfortable so we spent much of our stay at the house and were able to relax totally. The place is within easy reach of restaurants, shops, beaches and other necessary amenities although it would have been limited without a hire car. Mathilde was great throughout, always there if we needed anything, extremely helpful but not at all intrusive. We had a late arrival and she facilitated a meal at the house and essential supplies for us which made the start of our holiday much easier than it could have been.

He was able to offer us and recommend super cool activities We really enjoyed staying in his house, very comfortable with a breathtaking view of the sea, in a quiet area. very nice terraces, garden and pool available very nice. We had a wonderful time here. Julien’s communication was perfect, he couldn’t have been more helpful with information about the house and any questions we had whilst we were there. The beach by the house was lovely for walking and watching the sunset then we used the house as a base to visit the beaches further up the coast which were only about 25mins drive. Recommended 👍

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

Valerie’s home is beautiful as described and pictures are accurate. Jocelyne, the friendly housekeeper is very dedicated and helpful in keeping the home top notch. The beach in front is not the best for swimming but gives a great view and evening walks are mesmerizing right when u step out of the home. Since this was our first stay in an Airbnb, we were not sure what to expect, but this place sets a big benchmark for our future stays. Loved the stay, great location with all needs met nearby. Local restaurants on the beach and road are great. Best place to stay if in Mauritius. Cheers.

What a lovely, peaceful, rustic spot! We enjoyed the quiet of the garden and playing in the little pool. This place is very private and comfortable, which is exactly what we were looking for. You need a car to get around and should plan to bring in what you need as it's simply appointed, but we felt happy and safe with our toddler and thought it was a great central location to explore Tamarin, Flic en Flac, and surrounds. Benedicte is very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed thoroughly and were sad to leave!

Ramesh and Do were perfect hosts. Exceptionally kind! The accommodation is very very clean, they have the desire to do a service so that we can have the best vacation possible. We thank them so much because they contributed to the success of our stay on the island. We hope to be able to come back to their place soon.

We had a great time in Nicolas' house where there is an atmosphere of authenticity with a set of wooden furniture. As our arrival was on a Sunday, he arranged a meal as well as some basic food for our first night. He welcomed us warmly and presented all the services of the house. This one is a few steps from a beautiful sandy beach. The pool with buoy was very popular until late at night. Another service offered, Jacqueline's local meals, we highly recommend. They are very good. The kitchen equipment is also very complete for cooking. No identified inconvenience, everything was perfect for us (family with children)

Wow, our stay at Albion was nothing short of amazing! We truly felt at home. Alex and Marie-France were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicated well throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless with beautiful finishes and had all the amenities we needed. They were super responsive to any questions we had about the area or the home. Highly recommend their place—and them as hosts!

Outstanding Airbnb, huge modern and stylish space ideal for couples or a family. Rural location but very convent for iles au cerf and belle mare beach is a short drive away. One of the highlights of our month long trip with our 4 month old baby!

The stay at Stephanie's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is at least as beautiful as in the photos, if not even more beautiful. Especially great is the outdoor area with a kitchen and pool. The large shower is also great. In the kitchen there is everything you need, including a small basic equipment, e.g. vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, etc. Everything was sparkling clean. Stephanie and her husband are super nice. She always responded quickly and kindly to messages and even prepared a nice fruit plate for us to welcome us. The check-in was flexible and hassle-free. We felt very comfortable and would fully recommend the apartment at any time.

My family and I had a fantastic two-night stay at Zaheer’s place, and it was worth every penny! Zaheer is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—steps away from an almost private beach, with tons of restaurants nearby and exciting spots like Rochester Falls to explore. The outdoor jacuzzi was a delightful bonus, perfect for unwinding after busy days filled with activities. The house itself is comfortable, ideal for relaxing after hours spent outdoors. With so much to do in the area, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!
